Coordinate IT infrastructure planning for a biotechnology facility expansion in hybrid Downtown Toronto. Bring project scheduling and stakeholder coordination expertise.
This experienced IT Project Coordinator and Project Analyst supports planning and execution for a new facility expansion and relocation. The role connects project management with IT across facility, laboratory, office, infrastructure, AV, security, and operational readiness activities. You will translate milestones into deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review schedules, design packages, minutes, milestones, and action trackers
- Translate project milestones into IT workstreams and action plans
- Maintain integrated IT schedules aligned with project timelines
- Coordinate infrastructure, laboratory, AV, security, and readiness planning
- Consolidate IT updates for project reporting and governance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, business, or related discipline
- Five-plus years of project coordination or project management experience
- Experience supporting relocations, laboratory expansions, or capital projects
- Understanding of infrastructure, networking, AV, and technology deployment
- Ability to coordinate business and technical stakeholders
