Your role will start with part-time mentorship for eight weeks and continue with scheduled discussions for ongoing support and development. Our multidisciplinary team values collaboration, and you'll have the opportunity to improve patient care in a reputable clinic known for excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement RPG techniques in patient therapy
- Attend mentorship sessions and team discussions
- Adapt follow-up appointments to fit client needs
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Participate in educational and research-based activities
- OPPQ membership as a registered physiotherapist
- Must speak both English and French fluently
- Willingness to engage in MDT discussions and learning
- Team-oriented mindset to enhance clinic practices
- Interest in pursuing sport physiotherapy qualifications
