Take the lead in performance marketing as a Senior Performance Marketer at Clever Digital Marketing in Toronto. Focus on Facebook and Instagram campaigns that drive significant client results in a remote setting. As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of client accounts, ensuring all marketing efforts align with their performance targets. Your role involves developing customized strategies and continually optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights. Proficient mentoring of junior staff will also be key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and oversee client campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor and assess campaign performance for continuous improvement
- Develop customized marketing strategies tailored to client needs
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to boost campaign effectiveness
- Mentor junior team members in campaign management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facebook performance marketing
- 2 years of working in an agency environment
- Experience managing substantial monthly performance budgets
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preference for candidates with optimization knowledge
