- Learn and adhere to ASR safety and compliance standards
- Utilize software for process control and statistical analysis
- Track plant performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare process flow diagrams for operations
- Support operator training on new initiatives
- BS in a relevant Engineering field
- At least 8 years of sugar industry experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Effective communication in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
