Oversee health, safety, and environmental programs as a skilled HSE Manager. Drive compliance initiatives, lead training, and manage incident responses in a manufacturing context. In this Health, Safety & Environment Manager role, you will manage all facets of safety, security, and environmental oversight for the organization. With at least 5 years of relevant experience, your expertise will guide compliance with OHSA and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety through effective policies and training programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure site compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Lead incident investigations and provide analysis
- Conduct training for effective safety management
- Oversee environmental compliance activities
- Collaborate with site leadership to build safety culture
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or applicable field
- 5+ years of industrial experience necessary
- 3+ years in Health, Safety & Environment roles
- Deep knowledge of OHSA and regulatory requirements
- Proven communication and leadership skills
