Join CIBC in St. Albert as a Client-Focused Financial Representative and guide clients toward financial success. Build relationships and utilize financial products effectively. In this full-time position with the Personal and Business Banking team, you will engage with clients to understand their financial aspirations. Your role involves providing informed, tailored services and maintaining strong relationships. Flexibility to operate across multiple banking centers ensures clients receive excellent support. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet with clients to discuss financial needs
- Create and implement forward-looking financial plans
- Engage in community outreach to enhance client relationships
- Leverage technology to improve client banking experiences
- Work collaboratively to connect clients with resources
- Minimum 1 year experience in client service roles
- Must hold a valid Mutual Funds License
- Achieved notable sales results in previous roles
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial sector
