- Support toddlers in a nurturing classroom environment
- Facilitate age-appropriate developmental activities
- Keep a clean and well-organized Montessori classroom
- Cultivate positive relationships with families and staff
- Ensure adherence to licensing and health standards
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- Preferred experience or comfort working with toddlers
- Montessori training or relevant experience is advantageous
- Strong teamwork and communication skills required
