This senior position contributes to programming activities across feasibility, planning, development, testing, and implementation. You will analyze complex issues, evaluate business and system processes, recommend programming solutions, and support business users. The role requires independent judgment, limited direct supervision, and stakeholder advising.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and implement new or revised application systemsConduct feasibility studies, estimates, planning, and risk technology tasksMonitor analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementationProvide user and operational support to business usersRecommend security measures after implementation and usage analysisRequirements:
Five to eight years of relevant experienceExperience in systems analysis and software applications programmingExperience managing and implementing successful projectsWorking knowledge of consulting and project management techniquesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceApply applications development, systems analysis, and programming expertise while advising stakeholders and supporting Citi application systems.
