Start your career as a Survey Assistant with GeoVerra, focusing on outdoor projects in Alberta. This role is perfect for those eager to learn and grow professionally. In this role, you’ll work throughout Edmonton, Calgary, and Grande Prairie while assisting in surveying tasks and project equipment management. You will be part of a positive team environment and actively engage in necessary safety training for outdoor projects. Experience dynamic work as you help address community infrastructure needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive prepared and punctual for work shifts
- Assist in keeping tools and project sites organized
- Collaborate with the Crew Chief on project timelines
- Follow safety protocols and complete training
- Participate in team safety discussions and assessments
- Recommended diploma in Geomatics or Civil Engineering
- Experience in surveying or similar outdoor roles
- Ability to travel frequently for work
- Valid Class 5 driver's license needed
- First Aid and safety training preferred
