Coordinate supply chain shipments using communication and negotiation skills while supporting clients, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams through distribution.
As a Logistics Coordinator at Total One Logistics Inc., you will oversee day-to-day supply chain operations. You will serve as a liaison between clients and carriers while managing shipment lifecycles. The work includes customer support, documentation, tracking, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track goods, appointments, arrivals, and delivery status
- Negotiate vendor pricing and investigate cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare shipment documentation and review order accuracy
- Coordinate customers, carriers, warehouses, and departments
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and maintain shipment records
Requirements:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent record-keeping and coordination abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively
- Working knowledge of logistics software is an asset
