LaPrairie Works Inc is seeking a Snowplow Operator in Manning, AB, skilled in winter highway maintenance. Contribute to safety and efficiency in local road clearing operations. In this key role, you will use specialized equipment, perform routine maintenance, and communicate effectively with your team. Safety is paramount, and you’ll track service records while upholding HSE fundamentals and compliance with quality assurance. Your experience in winter driving and highway maintenance will shine in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate winter clearing equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness of equipment
- Maintain hours of service and safety documentation accurately
- Review and follow route maps for effective operation
- Engage in compliance with ISO standards
- Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license required
- Proven experience in highway maintenance and winter driving
- Ability to work flexible shifts and on-call
- Mandatory First Aid Training certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
