Lead guest service, staff scheduling, and restaurant standards as an Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese. Work 40 hours weekly in a family entertainment setting.
CEC Entertainment seeks an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant decisions and team performance. You will recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees while managing cleanliness, sales, labor, inventory, financials, and guest service. The position includes ownership of an Area of Impact, with rotation opportunities across kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily decisions about scheduling, cleanliness, and service standards
- Coach teams toward safe, clean, outstanding guest service
- Manage ordering, food safety, pizza preparation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Lead birthday parties, bookings, seating, and guest satisfaction
- Partner on game equipment, play data, and ticket payouts
Requirements:
- High-school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- One year managing people, preferably in food service
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
