The primary goal of the Construction Project Coodinator is to support the construction team with regards to design development, cost estimation, documentation management and technical and site support. You possess strong organizational and management skills.
Work on all of phase of new projects, including due diligence, feasibility and execution
Coordinating the professionals on the project file
Liaison between the customer and the company in relation to the project scope of work
Gather and Manage information and correspondence as it relates to construction project development
Manage the Bid process
2 or More Years experience in the construction field, an Architectural Technology or Engineering Degree.
~ Strong organizational and time management skills.
~ Computer literacy in AutoCad, Word, Excel, MS Project etc.
~ Graphic Design Software knowledge is a benefit
