T-Lane Transportation is actively seeking a highly motivated Dispatcher with at least three years of experience in the transportation industry. This role requires proficiency in scheduling trucks, knowledge of Canadian shipping regulations, and the ability to multitask effectively. Communication with drivers and customers is a key aspect, ensuring the smooth dispatch process from order entry to billing. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter orders into TMW and create delivery manifests
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate deliveries continuously
- Pre-plan freight for efficient return trips
- Maintain constant communication with customers and team
- Manage the entire process until POD is finalized
- Minimum 3 years of dispatch experience in transportation
- Ocean Container dispatch expertise is mandatory
- Knowledge of Canadian shipping regulations
- Proficient with TMW and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities
