- Operate basic machinery under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior manufacturing experience needed
- Willingness to learn safety protocols
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool usage
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a manufacturing setting
