Bayshore Medical Personnel is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wainwright, Alberta. Deliver quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment. As an LPN, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This role requires one year of hands-on nursing experience in patient assessments within a primary or ambulatory care setting. Enjoy daytime working hours, Monday to Friday, with no late shifts expected. Key Responsibilities:
- Screen all patients for COVID symptoms
- Assist with administering vaccines
- Conduct patient histories and assessments
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Educate patients on preventive health measures
- At least one year of nursing experience recent
- Graduate from a practical nursing program
- Valid nursing license in your province
- Certification in Basic Life Support required
- Maintain current N95 and WHMIS certifications
