In this part-time position, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver essential support tailored for residents aged 18 and over. Your work will focus on fostering well-being and promoting stability through a strength-based approach that encourages residents to overcome challenges and reintegrate into the community. Building rapport is key as you help residents develop their problem-solving skills.
