Drive impactful health program strategies as the Manager of Program Benefits in Alberta. This full-time role offers an opportunity to lead initiatives that improve healthcare access and efficiency. As part of the Ministry of Primary and Preventive Health Services, you will manage Alberta Aids to Daily Living, impacting the lives of over 128,000 residents annually. This role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and collaboration with key health partners to support effective program delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery
- Oversee benefit policy development and modernization efforts
- Manage operational initiatives for program sustainability
- Address stakeholder inquiries and correspondence
- Spearhead complex projects aligning with healthcare priorities
- At least four years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Proven relationship-building skills with health stakeholders
- Strong strategic planning and project management background
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing program delivery in a healthcare context
