This position combines technical expertise and customer engagement at CallTower. As a Junior Solutions Architect, your role involves collaborating with sales and product teams to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions. You will be responsible for pre-sales support, consultations on voice solutions, and developing consistent materials for product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support pre-sales efforts and solution identification
- Conduct client consultations on voice solutions
- Collaborate with teams to solve design issues
- Develop and maintain product demo presentations
- Present CallTower’s solutions effectively during demos
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or extensive experience
- 3+ years of Pre-Sales Engineering experience
- Knowledge of UCaaS or CCaaS technologies
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Capacity to travel and flexible hours
