Join Knix as a Site Merchandising Specialist to improve site performance and customer satisfaction. This one-year contract role focuses on optimizing the online shopping experience through data-driven merchandising strategies. You will oversee the entire customer experience on Knix's eCommerce platforms, ensuring that product offerings and site content align with brand standards. Your extensive merchandising experience will be crucial as you work with various stakeholders to fine-tune site navigation, conduct performance analyses, and implement new product launches. This role calls for passion and creativity in merchandising. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily product merchandising on all eCommerce platforms
- Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis
- Maintain the product catalog for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure site asset uploads meet brand guidelines
- Monitor daily operations for potential issues
- 3+ years in eCommerce merchandising
- Familiarity with Shopify and analytics tools
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Great time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
