Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Personal Caregiver to deliver exceptional home care. You will enhance clients' well-being by providing personal support and homemaking services in a respected organization. As a Personal Caregiver, you will be responsible for offering tailored assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety at home. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily living activities and provide companionship, all while adhering to company standards. Your expertise will be crucial for maintaining the quality of life for our clients across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide homemaking services including cleaning and laundry
- Offer companionship and accompany clients to activities
- Administer personal care according to care plans
- Ensure clients’ emotional and physical comfort and safety
- Observe, document, and report any changes in client conditions
- Completion of an accredited caregiver training program
- Strong knowledge of caregiving principles
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to physically assist clients as needed
- Reliable transportation and clear background check
