Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a collaborative veterinary team environment
- Manage schedules and source Locum DVMs and RVTs
- Onboard, coach, and review team members
- Manage inventory, budgets, and practice finances
- Promote team achievements through social media
Requirements:
- Two to three years of team management experience
- Human resources management experience
- Financial or budget management experience
- Strong communication and business acumen
- Conflict and change management experience
