Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the team The Corporate Communications team leads Intact Financial Corporation’s internal and external communications in support of Intact’s business objectives and strategic roadmap. This includes:

Supporting and amplifying the common elements that bring us together, define our unique culture and drive outperformance.

Enhancing employee engagement across IFC, emphasizing what makes us a winning team.

Protecting and promoting the IFC brand and reputation globally.

Elevating Intact’s role in helping to build resilient communities where we do business.

Within the Corporate Communications team, the

Strategic Internal Communications

team works closely with other communications teams to engage and empower employees through internal communications strategies and tactics that connect the dots for them with Intact's Purpose, Values and Objectives.

About the role As a Communications Advisor II, you will support the communications team on a wide range of programs and initiatives, draft and edit quality stories that engage employees and distribute communications on various channels.

The successful candidate will report into the Manager, Strategic Internal Communications, and can be based at Intact’s Toronto or Montreal office.

What you'll do here :

Work with key internal stakeholders and the editorial committee to brainstorm content ideas

Maintain the editorial content calendar

Write and edit a variety of high-impact communications, including intranet articles, Viva Engage posts and newsletters

Coordinate translation of content though our Trados tool

Coordinate the distribution of internal communications materials across channels

Evaluate results of communication campaigns and provide recommendations based on key learnings

Act as a business relationship manager for the Marketing team and provide them with internal communications support, including internal activation of Intact’s exter
