DoctorCare is hiring a Medical Billing Specialist for its Customer Operations team. You will investigate billing questions, resolve complex claims, identify reimbursement opportunities, and help physicians understand Ontario healthcare billing requirements. Strong communication, curiosity, and initiative support success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate medical billing questions from physician practices
- Resolve complex claim issues independently
- Identify revenue and reimbursement opportunities
- Liaise with the Ministry of Health
- Provide expert guidance to physician practices
Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Curiosity and initiative in solving problems
- Commitment to exceptional customer experience
- Medical billing experience is valuable
