Représentant(e) des ventes internes – Tuyauterie, Acier Inoxydable et Produits Industriels

Localisation : Dorval, QC (mode hybride, déplacements ponctuels à Brockville)

Vos responsabilités :

  • Prospection et développement des ventes : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales , solliciter de nouveaux clients et entretenir des relations d'affaires.
  • Gestion des devis et des commandes : Préparer et envoyer des soumissions , assurer le suivi des commandes et informer les clients des délais de livraison.
  • Conseils techniques et satisfaction client : Agir en expert produit , conseiller les clients sur les solutions en tuyauterie, raccords, valves et acier inoxydable .
  • Développement et gestion des comptes : Analyser les historiques d'achat, proposer des produits complémentaires et anticiper les besoins des clients.
  • Prévisions et reporting : Générer des analyses de ventes , suivre les performances et contribuer aux stratégies commerciales.
  • Marketing et formation produit : Participer aux initiatives marketing, aux présentations produits et aux formations internes.
  • Optimisation des processus : Améliorer les procédures internes pour maximiser l'efficacité et la satisfaction client.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience en estimation de tuyauterie et raccords (2 à 3 ans).
  • Expérience en ventes techniques ou commerciales B2B (4 ans minimum).
  • Connaissance des logiciels MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Project) et Autocad.
  • Bilingue français/anglais (obligatoire).
  • Expérience dans l'acier inoxydable, la mécanique du bâtiment ou un secteur industriel connexe (atout).
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et excellent esprit d'équipe .
