- Operate snowplows, wheel loaders, and heavy equipment
- Conduct winter and seasonal maintenance on highways
- Assist with labor-intensive tasks like pothole repair
- Maintain safety standards in outdoor working conditions
- Follow a structured work schedule, including varied shifts
- Valid AZ or DZ license with air endorsement
- Experience operating snowplow trucks is an asset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Provide a 3-year commercial driver's abstract
- Willingness to work night shifts as needed
