As a seasoned design professional with at least ten years of experience, you will create 3D models using CADMATIC and provide technical expertise to project teams. This role involves supervising junior designers and ensuring high-quality design outputs aligned with project specifications. Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Design detailed 3D CAD models for marine vessels
- Maintain and update technical design documentation
- Assist in layout development and design revisions
- Conduct quality checks on design outputs
- Mentor and develop junior design talent
- 10+ years of design experience in shipbuilding
- Proficiency in CADMATIC and AutoCAD software
- Team leadership experience is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant engineering technology diploma or equivalent
