Key Responsibilities
Manage new stores, renovations, upgrades, and capital projects Prepare budgets, schedules, contracts, reports, and project reviews Oversee maintenance, repairs, preventative programs, and service providers Administer leases and coordinate tenant fit-ups and requests Conduct property inspections and support asset management initiatives
Requirements:
10 plus years of experience preferred Commercial construction and facilities management experience Mixed-use commercial real estate portfolio experience Strong budgeting, negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada Apply construction leadership, facilities expertise, budgeting, and property operations experience across Leon's national real estate portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
