As a member of Kii Health in this temporary, on-site position, you will provide essential occupational health services and support employees through medical assessments and workplace reintegration. Utilizing your expertise, you will conduct assessments, manage injuries, and collaborate closely with safety teams to maintain a healthy work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical assessments
- Provide first aid for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Manage occupational health surveillance and testing
- Support employee recovery and return-to-work plans
- Collaborate on workplace accommodations and restrictions
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience in Occupational Health Nursing
- Strong clinical and injury management skills
- Knowledge of CNESST processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in medical records
