Discover more by following us on LinkedIn FONCTION GÉNÉRALE Le technicien taillage et montage sera responsable de la découpe et de l'assemblage précis, d'être autonome, d'avoir des compétences en travail d'équipe et une bonne organisation. Ce rôle agira en tant que technicien polyvalent dans la coupe et l'assemblage. L'horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi de soir. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS Effectuer le taillage des verres et faire le montage des verres dans la monture; Remettre en état les montures abîmées et déformées qui ont été envoyées par les clients et adapter le taillage des verres à ces montures lorsque la forme originale de la monture ne peut être refaite; Évaluer la meilleure position du biseau en fonction des puissances et de la courbure des verres de façon à faire un travail qui esthétiquement soit une référence de qualité pour le laboratoire; Effectuer les inspections finales des commandes en respectant les standards de qualité (un atout); Effectuer le pointage et la vérification des lentilles (un atout); Effectuer un taillage spécial pour les petites montures (un atout); Connaître toutes les tâches et étapes de production du taillage-montage (un atout); Effectuer le calibrage des machines (un atout); Être polyvalent sur tous les postes y compris le poste de contrôle final et le remplacement d'autres personnes pendant les congés (un atout); Toutes autres tâches connexes. QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou expérience équivalente ; Diplôme d'opticien un atout 1-2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire Connaissance de types de verres, types de biseaux, montures Précision et exactitude dans l'exécution de tâches manuelles Sens de l'observation Parler et écrire le français QUALIFICATIONS PRÉFÉRÉES This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
