You will be integral to a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality service and ensuring all systems operate reliably. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems
- Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records
- Coordinate specialized repairs with vendors and contractors
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2-3 years of building maintenance experience
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
