JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Specialist to design and implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions. The role involves assisting with needs assessment, conducting product demonstrations, developing configurations, integrating third-party applications, and providing training and support. Additionally, the specialist will offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance data, and recommend optimization strategies. Ideal candidates will have experience with Genesys Cloud, strong API knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and technical teams. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 3 years of experience with Genesys Cloud platform • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Experience with Genesys PureConnect. • Has integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party applications to ensure seamless communication and data flow. Working with APIs and other integration tools. • Good understanding of networking concepts and security principles. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Experience developing and configuring IVRs Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
