What You'll Do • Lead a team of SDRs, AMs, and Partner Managers to meet revenue targets • Drive acquisition and retention programs for advertisers and agencies • Build scalable sales processes and forecast performance • Partner cross-functionally and coach high-performing sales talent What We're Looking For • 6+ years in digital media, online advertising, or sales leadership • Proven people leader with strong analytical and operational skills • Experience scaling teams and processes; vendor management a plus • Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity tools Ready to Join Us?
