Key Responsibilities
Direct field operations according to schedules, budgets, safety, and risk requirements Guide field employees on construction activities Develop project work plans to maintain schedule and budget Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders Strengthen communication between field and project teams
Requirements:
Superintendent experience with a general contractor Experience delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, or infrastructure projects Understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications Strong leadership and communication skills Bring construction leadership, project coordination, and field operations expertise to Maple Reinders’ Buildings division in Petawawa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
