Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food items efficiently for your station
- Maintain production levels that exceed guest expectations
- Uphold rigorous health and safety practices
- Deliver superior service continuously to guests
- Train and mentor 2nd and 3rd Cooks
Requirements:
- Three years' culinary experience or 2.5 years with formal training
- Skilled in Garde Manger and Hot Kitchen
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Red Seal certification preferred but not mandatory
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
