Your proactive approach will drive efficiency, ensuring the team stays informed and projects move seamlessly from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of client seminars and conferences
- Produce polished PowerPoint decks and marketing materials
- Organize project schedules and provide regular updates
- Coordinate RFP submissions and content development
- Manage client database and marketing KPIs
Requirements:
- 3+ years in marketing, event planning, or project coordination
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in Canva Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
