Key Responsibilities
Manage Workday roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and releases Lead discovery and planning across business and technology teams Coordinate delivery with platform, service, security, data, and vendor teams Monitor adoption, reliability, service performance, and stakeholder outcomes Represent Workday in governance, release, and vendor discussions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field Seven to ten years of related experience Enterprise platform, digital product, or business application experience Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication, and facilitation skills Workday or enterprise resource planning experience is an asset Apply enterprise product management, Workday expertise, and clear communication to improve sustainable platform outcomes at the AER. #J-18808-Ljbffr
