Drive recruitment efforts as a Practice Recruitment Specialist at Dentalcorp, a leading dental network. This remote role focuses on sourcing and hiring top clinical talent across Alberta. Reporting to the Manager, Practice Recruitment, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and administrative roles. Building effective partnerships with Practice Managers and Operations leaders is key, as you develop talent pipelines and execute tailored sourcing strategies. This 9-month contract starts in January 2027 and includes a completion bonus. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned dental practices
- Build talent pipelines aligned with regional hiring priorities
- Use diverse sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Maintain clear communication on recruitment activities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years in high-volume recruitment
- Strong recruitment, sourcing, and assessment skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities effectively
