As an entry-level Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will recruit interns and new graduates across engineering and construction groups. The work includes resume screening, interviews, intake meetings, and end-to-end recruiting. You will build manager relationships while connecting business needs with talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews
- Plan and execute career fairs and information sessions
- Run recruiting processes using established systems and tools
- Conduct intake meetings and provide market insights
- Develop sourcing strategies for staffing needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- One to two years of full lifecycle recruiting preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Commitment to ethics, integrity, and safety
Use campus recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing expertise to help Kiewit attract interns and new graduates in Burnaby.
