As a Leasing Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact, guiding residents through the leasing process and addressing their concerns. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with residents and respond to their inquiries
- Oversee leasing operations from initial contact to move-in
- Keep track of vacancies and hit leasing performance targets
- Conduct inspections and manage resident onboarding
- Facilitate payment collections and maintenance issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service or a similar field
- High school diploma or equivalent necessary
- Skilled in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is advantageous
- Strong oral and written communication capabilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation as needed
