Key Responsibilities:
- Learn business growth strategies from stylists and managers
- Greet customers warmly and manage phone inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the salon
- Observe and support stylists in daily operations
- Assist in stocking and organizing retail shelves
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited cosmetology school
- Hold necessary licenses within 90 days of hire
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Tech-savvy for point-of-sale systems
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings
