In this pivotal role at PagerDuty, you will partner with Product and Design Leadership, enhancing operational workflows and implementing AI solutions. Your expertise in product operations and design research will streamline processes, ensuring products are effectively planned, launched, and iterated. This position also focuses on defining and managing essential workflows, improving collaboration, and leveraging customer feedback for continuous enhancement.



Key Responsibilities
• Serve as liaison for Product Development AI Transformation
• Establish clear planning discipline for product execution
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows for customer-facing changes
• Own capitalizable R&D process in partnership with Finance
• Automate rhythms for Product and Design teams



Requirements:
• 5+ years in Product or Design Operations
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Experience with cross-functional launch coordination
• Expertise in creating operational documentation
• Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives
