Salary:
36.00 hourly / 30 hours per week ~ Terms of employment Permanent employment: Full time ~ Starts as soon as possible ~ Languages English Secondary (high) school graduation certificate On site There is no option to work remotely. Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools ~ Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials ~ Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems ~ Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware ~ Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites ~ Survey building locations and levels ~ Instruct apprentices ~ Estimate costs and materials ~ Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments a Canadian citizen ~ a permanent resident of Canada ~ a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
