Join Seasons as a Licensed Practical Nurse focusing on care quality supervision. Emphasize mentoring staff and ensuring resident safety in this vital role. As a Care Quality Supervisor, you will apply the nursing process to elevate care standards for residents. Your duties include overseeing staff education, conducting residents’ assessments, and adhering to Alberta Health Services regulations. You'll ensure that service plans are met, while also preparing for potential emergencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care using best practices
- Supervise and mentor the care team continuously
- Conduct assessments for incoming residents
- Ensure compliance with all service plans and regulations
- Administer medication and manage emergency responses
- Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- Experience in a care facility preferred
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Familiarity with PCC is beneficial
- Current First Aid and CPR certification required
