Lead critical gym operations as a Club Manager with Taymax Group at Planet Fitness in London, ON. Oversee staff and ensure a superior 'Judgement Free' member experience. As a Club Manager, you will focus on developing a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional customer service, and managing daily operations. Your role includes recruiting and training staff, overseeing gym cleanliness, and handling administrative tasks. Commitment to a welcoming atmosphere ensures the club's financial success. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train Assistant Managers and staff
- Schedule shifts to ensure adequate staffing
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Manage club cleanliness and maintenance daily
- Handle payroll and employee issues effectively
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1–3 years of management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
