- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds loyalty
- Energize sales by showcasing product benefits
- Intently understand and cater to customer needs
- Keep store presentation in peak condition
- Manage cash register transactions seamlessly
- 2+ years of experience in retail supervisory or keyholder roles
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Strong communication skills for effective interactions
- Proficiency in using computers and Point of Sale systems
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs
