Lead finance workstreams within the ERP implementation project.
Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
Oversee finance data migration, testing, and system readiness.
Support user training, business adoption, and change management.
Ensure compliance with accounting, audit, tax, and reporting requirements.
Drive costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance process improvements.
Provide project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Strong experience leading ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP platforms.
Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
Understanding of costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance processes.
Experience with data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
Ability to work across business and technology teams.
