Coordinate daily field operations, crew communication, and site quality assurance for Spectrum Resource Group vegetation management projects. The role is at least 80% field based.
This Crew Supervisor works directly with crews and clients while supporting the Project Manager across integrated vegetation management services. Responsibilities include safety inspections, environmental requirements, data collection, work planning, training coordination, project reports, and compliance documentation. You also review payroll and expenses, complete time and materials tracking, and support monthly client invoicing. The position may involve outside travel, call-out work, and extended emergency or natural disaster duty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with crews on sites and assist daily operations
- Communicate daily with crews, clients, and field technicians
- Maintain overall data and site quality assurance
- Coordinate safety drills, incident reporting, and inspections
- Assist project reporting, setup, and budget tracking
Requirements:
- Understand applicable provincial and federal legislation
- Follow client policies, standards, and environmental systems
- Wear required personal protective equipment on worksites
- Withstand outdoor weather and frequent vehicle entry
- Work overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs
Bring field leadership, client communication, data quality, and safety coordination experience to Spectrum Resource Group operations.
