Enhance campaign effectiveness with Smart, Savvy + Associates as a Performance Marketing Manager. This remote role focuses on hands-on campaign management in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. We are partnering with a leading digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager. You will leverage your skills in building and optimizing campaigns while analyzing performance metrics and resolving technical challenges. Expect collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Monitor daily performance, adjusting budgets and bidding strategies
- Diagnose attribution and conversion tracking issues
- Plan creative testing strategies to optimize performance
- Collaborate with teams to improve campaign outcomes
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Technical expertise in campaign optimization and tracking
- Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
