Nous recherchons pour un des acteurs majeur de l'agroalimentaire du Canada un.e Analyste de production pour un contrat d'un an (prise de poste dès que possible) :

Relevant de la Directrice information de production, l'analyste en information de production est responsable de l'analyse et de la présentation de données pour aider à améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité des processus de production et des processus de cotations clients. L'analyste travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production pour comprendre les besoins en matière de données et fournir des analyses pour aider à améliorer les performances.

Responsabilités clés

  • Compile et consolide des données réelles versus les données budgétées au niveau du rendement de production.
  • Compile des données en lien avec les KPI identifiés.
  • Analyse les données de production pour identifier les tendances, les écarts et les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Crée des rapports et des tableaux de bord pour présenter les résultats de l'analyse de données.
  • Identifie les problèmes de qualité et de performance et propose des solutions pour les résoudre.
  • Travaille avec les équipes de production pour mettre en œuvre les solutions proposées.
  • Maintien une documentation précise et à jour des processus et des procédures.
  • Participe au suivi des inventaires.
  • Participe à l'élaboration de stratégies visant à réduire le gaspillage.
  • Participe à la mise en place des recommandations et des plans d'actions en lien avec les écarts de performance.
  • Fournit un soutien au coordonnateur information de production en matière d'analyse, de prévisions et de rapports.
  • Collabore au processus de budgétisation et de prévision annuels et trimestriels (volet rendement/efficacité) de même qu'au processus de planification de production.
  • Collabore au processus des cotations clients (tests sur le plancher, rendement, vitesse, line-up).
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes en lien avec la fonction.

Profil

  • DEC ou Baccalauréat en administration des affaires.
  • Entre deux (2) et trois (3) années d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Solides compétences en analyse de données.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation de données.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Connaissance approfondie des outils d'analyse des données, des bases de données et des logiciels de présentation.
  • Comprendre comment la productivité impacte la rentabilité.
  • Être axé sur la performance et aligné sur les bonnes pratiques.
  • Souscrire à la philosophie d'amélioration continue.
  • Approche positive et aptitudes d'initiative et d'innovation.

Contrat temporaire de 12 mois.
